Fernbank Muesum 2010

Well ,we finally made it to Spring Break, and one of Andrew's suggestion for "his "day was "Fernbank" museum of natural history in Atlanta. I remember how much I enjoyed it back in the day on one of my field trips, and I knew he would too.

Andrew named this 'Gigantor" and "Rexy". He loves night of the museum and I think he thought he was actually there.

Giant Clam. This was in the shell exhibit. I don't think we will be seeing any shells this big when we go to the beach this year.

Fernbank also had a lot of hands on learning. Andrew loved the build your own city exhibit. He did quite well, and I am told we need to buy our own materials so we can have a building center in the basement. We had a great time at Fernbank, and plan on coming back this summer and going to the planetarium as well. Now it is on to Babyland/cabbage patch for Morgan on friday and may visit the kids interactive museum too. We have really enjoyed Spring break, now we are ready for summer.

Easter at Grand and papa's

After Church on Easter Sunday we go to marks Mom and Dad's house for lunch and Easter egg hunts with all of the kids cousins and close friends. As always we had good food, good times with the family and firends we adore and love to spend time with. This is in front of Marks parents house.
Out of order,Morgan indulging in a cup cake, imagine that?

Andrew likes to hang with the big boys,he thinks he os one himself. Actually he is,can't believe how fast they grow! Here he is checking out the goodies he found. I think we hid over 400 eggs, candy ,etc, for 8 kids. Egg hunt took about 5 minutes, but they had a blast!

My beautiful niece Ashton and rising super star,no really! She is finishing up her cd to give to mark Hall of Casting Crowns, who requested it. The voice matches the look, she is the whole package, and so sweet! I have enjoyed watching her grow up and excited what the future holds for her!

The kids cousins who they absolutely adore and love to be with, Ashton-16,Brennan-13(andrews hero),Sheridan-9,(morgans hero)

Girl time, bubbles and candy, what else could you ask for?

Well it was a busy Easter, but a very Enjoyable day. Started out worshiping our Risen Savior,Good food, family and friends we are so blessed to have and ended the night going to an amazing outdoor Easter Passion play. We couldn't take pics but it was realistic and better than any thing hollywood could do or other passion plays we have seen. Another wonderful Easter!

Out of order, but aren't they cute, ready to go find some of the 400 eggs!

Dying Easter Eggs

Eaters Egg dying time! Kids love it!

Resurrection Eggs. Along with dying our own eggs,we took part in The resurrection eggs, each egg tells the story of Jesus's death, and resurrection. The kids loved it,and fully understand the true meaning of Easter!

What fun. They did so good this year. Enjoyed it,was creative and not as messy as last year! Gotta love that!

Easter 2010

Kids in front of our Flower Cross at Church Sunday morning. New hebron Baptist Easter Tradition I think, had some pics taken in front of it last year, wow have they grown!
Precious babies,in front of our house, finally some landscaping. Andrew was not real wild about the purple this year, but I had bought Morgans dress last year, she grew in to it,so Purple was the Staples Easter color this year. Andrew already chose blue for next year!

Handsome little man

Beatiful little girl, actually what a ham!

Morgan stiking a pose again! They are so precious, and clean up so beautifully, even in purple!

Easter hunt at our School

They had an Easter egg hunt at our school saturday, which was the first of many for us. They had fun of course. Morgan almost got trampled but managed to hold her own and make out ok. The kids love our school and we try to take part in the events they have as much as possible. Fun times!

Landscaping

Mark was busy this weekend starting our landscaping. We have been looking forward to getting some greenery and flowers around the house, and this weekend was the perfect time to do it. This is part 1 of phase 1. A lot more to come:Trees, roses, and other pretty landscaping coming soon!
