A visit to mayfield Milk with Flat stanley

Well we still have Flat Stanley. My cousins school project that has become our project. We decided to take him to Mayfield dairy since there is not one in Dallas. The kids are having fun with Stanley and getting to do a lot with him. We had a good time at Mayfield and had some yummy ice cream and brown cows to boot.
Flat Stanley sporting the beautiful hairnet!
The Cow was all dressed up for Christmas.
The kids loved the Mayfield dairy Christmas tree,so of course we had to put Flat Stanley in the tree as well.

Today we went to Marks sisters Church b-bque,yard sale, car show, fall festival fund raiser .
This little paper guy is "Flat Stanley. "He is a school project for the next 3 weeks. He is not ours, but my cousins from Texas. He was sent here from Dallas this week,he is to go with us every where we go here in Altanta and pretty much go site seeing. We are to take pics and report what we do along with info on our city, etc. We are taking stanley to Stn. Mtn,fern bank,a thrasher game, and so much more. He is going to church with us tomorrow and we will be sad when we have to put him back into a ups box.So glad she chose us though!
Lots of cars, trucks and motorcycles entered. Here is a ford, not a ford girl, but nice car.

I think I drooled on this one. I am a Camaro girl though, use to own one, kept my eye on this one all day. Sweet.

Ran into a friend of ours Dad. He has a sweet 55 Chevy Bel-Air. I think he placed 2nd? Enjoyed hanging out with him,and I think he was off to another car show down the street from the church after this one.

Mark enjoyed the car show and just hanging our, talking about...cars
They had a lot for the kids too. Inflatables. Here is Cousin Ashton and Morgan. They were joined at the hip all day. There goes Andrew.

Hayrides.
Andrew and his buddy Aaron. I think they jumped for 3 hours straight!
Morgan and Ashton. We had a great day, always enjoyable when we are with our nieces/nephews/cousins. We finished out the night at our house at our newly built fire pit with hotdogs and smores,so glad we live so close to our family! It was a fun day spent with family and friends and for a good cause,a church wide fundraiser for the youth group and the community.

Western wear day #2

Thursday and Friday were Western Days at our school. Here are Andrew and his teachers son Eli,they really looked like real cowboys.
Andrew's hat stayed on for about 1 picture,oh well, still cute little cowboys
This was day 2 for Morgan, and Andrew and I dressed us for friday. Once a month we have fabulous fridays and we have a theme. Western day has been the best turn out and a lot of fun. I think the next theme is pj day,I can't wait for that!
Cutie! Here is Morgan in my room in the morning. They eat their breakfast and play while I set up,then it is off to classes for everyone. I love being at school with my kids.It was a fun couple of days dressing up,can't wait until next month,pj's for everyone!

Morgan's Pony Ride At The Apple Orchards

Morgan loves animals, especially ponies, and horses. She keeps asking Mark for a pony and a chickens. Yeah right, but she can go ride them and pet them as much as she wants to as long as they are not at our house! Here she is at the apple orchards riding a pony. 5 bucks for a 10 minute pony ride, her facial expressions and how happy it made her:PRICELESS!

End of season Fall T-ball party

My little man at "Scoops". Pretty cool table made out of all gum balls. Hanging out in the party room, having ice cream with his team mates. Coach Craig's treat.

We couldn't leave little sister out,she had to celebrate right along with us.

Out of order, here he is all smiles with his trophy.

Out of order-Here is Andrew getting his trophy. Although we were not any where close to being the Hebron T-ball Champions like Spring ball,he did have a blast playing fall ball. Now time to take a break from t-ball until the spring and on to gymnastics with Morgan, little sister's turn! She has been waiting patiently. Good Job Andrew, glad you had a great time this year playing t-ball,we are so proud of you,you have come a long way! You hit an awesome double, made some good plays, and you are such a good sport! Spring ball will be here before we know it!

Sat on a bull,Morgan not to crazy about the bull, but she rode the pony.
Andrew about to take on the big slide

Got a new "honey Do" list when he gets started on their playground on our backyard

Andrew was pretty much the race leader.
Andrew loves tractors!
So does Morgan.
Tractor ride, oops cut Marks head off, with the camera that is.
Me and Morgan, that's a rare shot. She could care less about the camera today,it gets worse, but we didn't care,we just took it as we went.
Amicalola Falls in the North Ga Mtns.,what a hike, but they did it.
Some of the falls
Morgan was a trooper,Daddy only had to carry her up the stairs once or twice.
Andrew led the way the whole time and never slowed down, what a smile!
They are BIG leaf collectors, love nature!
Again,Morgan could care less about the camera, she found some leaves too, little windy up top,but leaves were beautiful,so were the falls.
Mark,Andrew, and yes that is Morgan behind her leaves, ugh!

Morgan,NOT looking! Anyways,we had a fun filled family day at the apple orchards and falls. We love the fall and each other and what a better way to spend it together. Happy Fall!
