Hebron Championship Game

Well I never would of imagined Andrew's first year of T-ball ending on this note! Andrew and his team won the tournaments, and are the 2009 Hebron T-ball Champions, way to go Yankees!Final score!
Andrew so was so happy and excited, Daddy was pretty proud himself, I couldn't sit still, and cheered the whole time! What an exciting game!

Coach Bart and Coach "K", with the Championship medals!

Mark was awarded a medal too, he started out as 1st base coach but ended up as catcher, he also warmed up with the team, and encouraged them as well. He thought that meant a lot for coach Bart to give him one too, and was very surprised and appreciative!
My friend Scarlett was the umpire, awesome job!We also played our friends little boys team and it was kind of bitter sweet to beat her little boys team. Good sports all around. I am always use to playing with her, not against her, but it is all good!
Hit off the pitch today, and RBI!Way to go Andrew!
Got a piece of it, but then connected and made it to first, so proud of him! He has come a long way this season, and did well for his first year of T-ball.
Made it around about 4 times this game, little man played hard today!

Andrw's Trophy and Their Medals! 2009 Hebron Champions!
Morgan had a ball at the team party , paw paw came too, mee mee made the game but had a hair apponitment, missed you mee mee!

Cubbie/Awana Award night 2009

Here is Andrew with his Cubbie award. He was so excited and proud. He started cubbies when he was 3 and has really stayed with it. He does better than we do at memorizing his verses. He was going to his old preschool church in lilburn before we moved from 4 months ago and they did so well with him and he really enjoyed it and made friends there as well. When we moved to the new house we decided to continue cubbies at our church at Hebron and his teachers really took him in and he has had a great experience there too. Cubbies just wrapped up last week with an awards ceremony so here are some pics from that.
Andrew's awesome Cubbie Leaders, they took him in mid-season
Awards
Andrew getting his award
Proud Andrew and Proud Daddy
Morgan looking for Cubbie Bear, she wanted a pic with him so bad but didn't get a chance. She is so excited about graduating from a "puggle" to a "cubbie" I think she is more excited about getting a cubbie book, vest and bag! If you ask her what is her bible verse, it never fails"God Loves Me",so precious!
Picture with Cubbie bear and his friends and teachers. The good thing also was he also new some of his friends from sunday school and some familiar faces from 2 year preschool ,so that made for a good transition, but Andrew has always adjusted well to change! He really enjoyed Cubbies and is excited about being a Spark in the fall. Morgan will be a cubbie and I will work in the baby room again, which I enjoy too !
