Last night we could not help but notice the beautiful amber glow outside. Mark headed out with the camera and took a few pictures. We were just in awe of the beauty God had painted across the skies last night. After taking in the beautiful scenery, Andrew decided to catch some fire flies. Another one of God's creations! We are so Thankful for them all!!!!!
Poor Morgan missed it all, she was already asleep when all the action was taking place!

Yesterday we had a fun family time personalizing some bible verses and messages for Morgan on her new walls that Mark will be painting. Here is a picture of a few of them.Some remained personal and not posted of course from us to Morgan. Andrew added his own personalization, his name. We plan on personalizing all of our rooms in our new house to make it that more special. Pictures attatched......

Daddy is working on painting Morgan's new room. Her room theme is "Tinker bell", which calls for a lot of green and purple. 2 purple walls, 2 green walls, and her closet and bathroom is green too. She is so excited about her new room and paint! Andrew is a little jealous that her room is being painted first, but he is ok with supervising daddy with Morgans room while he waits patiently!

Duke Fest 2008 at Atlanta Motor Speedway

Andrew and his cousin Brennan happen to be big fans of "The Dukes of Hazzard". Andrew loves "The General Lee", and has a few cars and movies. Today at Atlanta Motor Speedway was "Duke Fest". Celebrating 30 years of the show, and the famous cars.
Today Andrew,Morgan and his cousins Brennan and Sheridan were able to see MANY General Lee's along with all the other cars, jeeps,trucks, etc from the show. There was a big crowd so we were unable to do everything. We missed out on the General Lee rides due to high demand, also the autograph sessions with all the stars of the show were nothing but long lines. However, we were able to zoom in and get a quick pic of John Schnider aka "Bo Duke". I think the best part for Andrew and Morgan was seeing all the cars and just hearing the famous horn over, and over and over again!!!!!! Anyways, it was a fun day! Enjoy the pictures...

Mee Mee and Paw Paw finally got their on the ground pool up for the summer! Morgan is a little fish. She loves the water. As soon as you put her in the water with her floaty swim suit she is all over the pool! She is even a jumper! No warning and No fear! She is a natural! Andrew on the other hand takes his time warming up to the water. He likes to just hang on to the side, float with noodles or on rafts, or just being "The LifeGaurd". We look forward to having a fun summer in the new pool! Thank You Mee Mee and Paw Paw!!

I will always find my self playing catch up with my family blog page. It takes me a few days to download and post. I hope everyone enjoys catching up and keeping up with us. Andrew and Morgan always find things to do, and it is usually right along side each other. I asked them to go to the play room so I could get a load of clothes in. Well, somehow they detoured the play room, and went straight to Daddy's closet! I guess playing dress up is what they decided to do...I was only in the kitchen for 5 minutes!!!!

Morgan Loves "Flowies!!!!

Our favorite bush in our yard is the hydrangea bush. It also helps it is Morgan's favorite color. I would love to have some added in to our landscaping at the new house!! Andrew and Morgan were patient enough to let me take some pictures. Can you tell I am getting melancholy about leaving Lilburn? We have had some good times, and memories to last. Here are some of them.

Picking blackberries has always been one of Andrew's favorite summer past times. This time he is showing Morgan the ropes. To our surprise, she loves them! This will be the last summer we get to pick blackberries at our old house in lilburn.
