Garage mark finished a couple of weeks ago, and just put the outside lights on. My mud room will be to the right, with 2 kids that will live in the woods, I am going to need it!!

I am very much behind on the house postings. Here are some recent ones but the house is really moving along now so I am having a hard time keeping up. Since these pictures were made, which was not long ago, the house now has columns on the front porch, trim is almost done, getting ready for paint and just bought all of our appliances last week..
It looks like we live in the woods because we kind of do. Mark's mom stumblIed upon this neighborhood a few years ago and we were blessed to have found 5 acres in it! We have always wanted some property we could build our house on and God found us the perfect spot near our family, friends and church.
We feel like we have the best of both worlds. I like neighborhoods where you can walk, ride etc. and Mark likes privacy, and we found them both here at "Quail Creek". After putting the house on hold for over a year after adopting Morgan we are getting closer every day to finally moving in. It was worth the wait!!
We have a trail which will be our future 4 wheeling trails. The trail leads to a creek with a bridge. The kids love to walk the trails and go to the creek every time we are out there. I have a feeling they will live in the woods, which also means a tree house one of these days!
